We are a small but active mod team, with families and full time jobs in addition to the passion we share for this game and hobby we heavily rely on the community to spotlight problematic posts and users for us, and encourage all users to use the report function and give as much information as possible. Rule 2 violations are ineligible for appeal. (ie, if you were temp banned for being a jerk, and then immediately are a jerk in modmail, we'll happily extend your vacation away from the sub without engaging) In almost all instances, a temporary ban issued for repeated content/post guideline infractions will be lifted as soon as a user acknowledges they've read the rules and understand the issue.īan appeals for rule 1 that continue the behavior will result in the ban being extended. Poll and survey type submissions must be cleared with moderators in advance Ban policyīans may be appealed through modmail. Self promotion and sharing of your own content is allowed, however we heavily encourage content creators to engage with the Community in the comments section when sharing their own content. An explanation of what advice you are seeking and what you want help with (ie, "does this list have enough mid board presence, do I need more screening, am I boned if I run against a mech list" etc). A description of the meta or tournament mission packet you are building the list to play. Why you chose the units you chose and your gameplan for those units (note: "these are the models I have" is not a game plan). List posts should include the following minimum requirements: People need context to offer you constructive feedback. Pasting a list from Battlescribe doesn't facilitate useful advice. 
Competitive means playing within the structure of the rules we have, not wishing they were something else! Competitors Always Compete!
Balance complaints and whining do not belong here. "Why is X good" / “Is X good” / “What load-out should I use” questions need to be accompanied by some of your own input, and preferably some maths!. Standalone Image posts should be submitted as a text post with your own commentary/context. Speculative Threads which offer "what if" scenarios or hypothetical rule change questions do not belong. Questions that can be answered with “Ask your TO”, should be asked.to your TO. “Build me a list”/ “What should I buy” posts belong in r/warhammer40k or r/beerhammer. Please, no Advertisements, Patreons, Gofundme’s etc of any kind. Content that does not relate directly to tournament play does not belong here. Trial by public opinion does not belong here.
Public shaming and call-outs are not permitted. (Automod has an obscenity filter because some people cannot abide) Competitive games can get intense, but this is still a game - be excellent to each other.
